immoMonk is growing as the tool we want to use ourselves: a lean API, an MCP server for AI assistants and a stack without surprises. Here is what you can use today.

Public API

Read-only, no key, rate limited. Index values and rent adjustment from the same sources as the calculators on this site, plus the guide content as JSON.

Index value of one month (AT: CPI 2020, DE: CPI, CH: LIK, EU: HICP).

Rent adjustment from two index months, optionally with a threshold.

Published guide articles (list; detail under /articles/<slug>/).

Editable text blocks of the website (notes, liability).

Limits: 30 requests per minute and IP for index values, 60 for content. Index values are cached for 24 hours. No availability guarantee, no personal data.

MCP server for AI assistants

immoMonk users connect their account to Claude via the Model Context Protocol and work with their own data in chat: look up contracts, record meter readings, trigger statements.

OAuth 2.1

Sign-in through the standard consent flow, permissions in three levels (read, contacts, write). No token copying.

Public calculators as MCP

Planned: the calculators on this site as a freely usable MCP server without an account — index, deadlines, allocation.
